  21. :) Here's the information I got at the VTUG meeting last night:

  23. :) $99  - 3.5 upgrade "toaster required" version (avail. only thru dealers)
  24. :) $695 - 3.5 standalone (no toaster req.) version
  25. :) $150 - 4.0 upgrade from 3.5 standalone version (to any of the 3 platforms)
  26. :) $995 - 4.0 purchase w/o upgrade (windoze, NT, SGI, Amiga versions avail)
  27. :) 
  28. :) I am not sure of all the dates, but the $99 upgrade is available from
  29. :) dealers now, the $695 version to be available within a few months, and
  30. :) the 4.0 version available early 1995.  I suspect 4.0 version availability
  31. :) does not mean all four versions of 4.0.

  35. Lightwave v3.5 standalone ($695) is available now.  I bought mine last 
  36. weekend from KJ Computers in the SF Valley (great store I might add...
  37. Creative can rot!).
